Contest entrants will be required to identify each Fop, together with the number of his likeness, to Editor. The winner will be randomly selected from the correct entries via a drawing from a genuine vintage Panama hat on January 30, 2000. The lucky groovemeister will receive $100 in Popula cash to be spent on any combination of merchandise and/or listing fees on Popula, plus oodles of Popula merchandise and grateful yodels of approbation from the whole Popula world.

Anyone may enter, registered or not. We again in the spirit of goodwill animating the millennial festivities and the holiday season extend the usual amnesty to Jeffrey Bezos (who, admittedly, probably couldn't win if he had his whole life to live over), employees of the Los Angeles Parking Violations Bureau, and Fidel Castro.
